3. Subtitle Platform Integration Guide

Once you export your perfectly structured SRT file from Vcaptiona, here is how you upload and synchronize the track across major media applications and host sites:

YouTube Upload

  1. Access your **YouTube Studio** backend.
  2. Select your target video, click **Subtitles** from the left navigation.
  3. Click **Add Language**, then click **Upload File**.
  4. Select **With timing** and choose your exported Vcaptiona `.srt` file.

Adobe Premiere Pro

  1. Launch Premiere and import your project.
  2. Drag the exported `.srt` directly into the **Project panel**.
  3. Drag the subtitle track onto the timeline above video assets.
  4. Customize styling (font family, weight, fill background) inside the **Essential Graphics** panel.

VLC Media Player

  1. Save the video and the Vcaptiona `.srt` file in the **same folder**.
  2. Rename the `.srt` file to match the video filename **exactly**.
  3. Open the video file in VLC; subtitles will overlay automatically.
  4. Alternatively, go to **Subtitle -> Add Subtitle File...** and load it.
